BREAKING NEWS: Rafael Nadal decided to offer a villa on the other side of the ocean, in the Caribbean, and more precisely in Dominican Republic.

Concretely, the current number one of world tennis bought a house in the residential complex Playa Nueva Romana, developed by the Piñero Group, where the sportsman will be able to benefit from a golf course and a vast range of services which will enable him to forget the stress of the competition.

The villa of the tennis player belongs to a residential complex located in the zone of La Romana, which includes a first class golf course and for which Bahía Principe carried out an investment exceeding 180 million dollars.

This one extends on 620 hectares of coconut trees and is at only 45 minutes of the international airport of Santo Domingo, at 15 minutes of La Romana and at 1 hour of the Dominican capital.

The figures of the Nueva Romana project are enormous: six million square meters, and 1.200 luxury residences with a marina, without forgetting a five stars hotel which is already operational.

With this project, it is not only La Romana and San Pedro de Macorís which are favored but also the city of Santo Domingo , for its proximity, affirmed the Minister of Tourism of Dominican Republic, Fransisco Javier García, the day of the putting down of the first stone of the complex.
